    I posted this on Tuesday night, on the Crown Works thread. Quite positive:

    Just been on Tyne Tees news saying that Cain's commitment was for the full project but it's actually going to be done in phases. The first phase is something like £140 million. The council and other people connected with Crown Works are confident about finding new investment and say the demandfor the studio space is definitely there.

    I was in the town this afternoon for a couple of drinks, walked by City Hall to have a look. Unbelievable how close Sheepfolds and the stadium are now the new bridge is there.

    Town was buzzing BTW, great to see all the bars busy.

    Was there some sort of presentation thing going on in Keel square on afternoon. I went past in a taxi about 4 and there were chairs out and people dressed to the nines.
