It’s certainly not that inconceivable that a Swiss footballer was in Switzerland, and took a short flight to Germany to train.

Given he’d just been in Brazil a while he could easily have been to visit family and been on his way back.

It’s not remotely far fetched. Switzerland to Germany is hardly a long haul flight.

It’s an hour flight. Would we be stunned if a player travelled from London and trained? Not a bit.
