Agreed. First episode was a bit slow, wasn't totally convinced but so glad I stuck with it. Great cast and compelling viewing...
Enjoyed it, as a fan of still game I also spent plenty of time finding pointing at actors who had previously been in episodes of still game!
I thought it tried to be too cool and edgy, not sure if that will come across properly. Was good in parts but incredibly cringey in some. Good cast but massive flaws in the storyline too , especially the Antwerp episode.
Let me know what you think, I've got it on my watch list but the missus isn't keen I've been to yosemite before, amazing place
Three episodes in and enjoying it. Eric Bana and Sam Neil are pretty good in it. It's got a bit of a feel of something like true detective to me, I get the feeling it's going to get a bit dark near the end. It being set in Yosemite makes it's a bit different to your typical police murder mystery type show! There is a bit that I want to mention but don't want to spoil it for you or others.
Did anyone watch the latest season of t The Bear? It's been slated by a few online but I'm so invested by now I think I'd happily watch a series of 5 episodes which consisted of 5 nights of service with them just knocking out dishes and all shouting 'yes chef' at each other with the occasional smoke break for Carmy and Richie
Wasn't too sure about the last series but I'd say S4 is as good as it's ever been, every episode has been great. New Dexter is good, well worth a watch for fans of the show. It's one of the few shows that has had multiple spinoffs but has kept the original quality up, more or less.
