Not sure we've ever played them before.

Any Not606'ers going to this one?

It's probably on Charlton TV. I've got a prior commitment.

    Copied from the CAFC website;

    Wealdstone 0 Charlton 3

Summer signings Tanto Olaofe and Sonny Carey scored their first Charlton Athletic goals as the Addicks continued their winning ways in pre-season with a 3-0 victory at National League side Wealdstone.

With a large number of players getting 45 minutes in Charlton’s opening two friendlies, Nathan Jones opted to give a number of players 60 minutes before nine substitutions were made.

The Addicks controlled the opening spells and Olaofe gave Charlton the lead from the penalty spot in the 15th minute. The striker stepped up confidently and smashed a powerful shot straight down the middle of the goal as Wealdstone’s Dante-Astor Baptiste dived to his right. It was the home side’s stopper that had given away the penalty, taking out Josh Edwards who had been first to Conor Coventry’s wonderful long ball.

Charlton’s second came 19 minutes later and again it was a well-weighted pass in behind the Stones defence that caused problems. Daniel Kanu got on the end of Alex Mitchell’s smart ball forward and was hacked to the ground as he cut inside in the box. Again, the referee pointed to the spot and this time Kanu stepped up and smashed an excellent penalty into the top-right corner of the goal, giving Baptiste, who had guessed the direction of the spot-kick correctly, no chance.

Carey’s goal came eight minutes into the second period when he was well placed to capitalise on a rebound from a powerful Nathan Asiimwe shot that had been well saved. The former Blackpool man found himself three yards from goal and was able to head into an empty net.

The Addicks are next in action on Saturday when they head to Cambridge United (KO 3pm BST).

    Wealdstone: Baptiste, Cook (Trialist D 71), Woodman (Trialist C 62), Trialist A, Tiensia, Boldewijn (Georgiou 62), Kretzchmar (Hutchinson 62), Kadji (Trialist E 71), Hassan (Trialist B 46), Obiero (Trialist F 71), Adarkwa (Mussa 46)

    Charlton: Maynard-Brewer (Reid 81); Z.Mitchell (Trialist 59), A.Mitchell (Jones 59), Gillesphey (c) (Bell 59); Asiimwe (Apter 59), Coventry (Docherty 59), Carey (Rankin-Costello 59), Anderson (Campbell 59), Edwards (Fullah 46); Kanu (Mbick 59), Olaofe (Leaburn 59)

    Subs (not used): Enslin, Dixon

Goals: Olaofe 15 (pen), Kanu 35 (pen), Carey 53

    Assist: Edwards 15

    Referee: Sam Mulhall

The trialist not named I'm afraid.
Looks like the nearly the whole team was subbed on the hour, except for Edwards (injured?) and Maynard-Brewer.

NJ looks extremely happy and relaxed about how the preseason has gone so far.

Maybe the calm before the Championship storm. There are plenty of relentlessly good teams in this Division.
However, things are probably going as well as can be expected so far.
