Meanwhile.... BBC Sport understands that Chelsea are in direct communication with both Ajax and Hato's camp to explore the possibility of a summer transfer. Talks are understood to be in the early stages, with no agreement yet in place. Meanwhile, Chelsea are discussing personal terms with Simons. The Netherlands international, 22, is understood to be open to a move to Stamford Bridge, as the Blues look to add more creativity and attacking flair.
Even for the Daily Fail that's a pretty bold claim to make. There's making trouble and there's inviting lawsuits!
Just makes you think what is the point in watching the PL? It's open corruption preventing competition.
Not as bad as it's made out to be. Played through a calf injury latter part of last season and wasn't anywhere near what he's like fully fit. Would be lethal in that Liverpool team. Kids got everything. Close control, superb dribbling ability, can beat multiple players turning them inside and out, and finishing ability like a prime Andy Cole. If he went to someone with a decent set up they'd be multiple times champions league winners and league champions over the next 5-10 years. He's way better than Haaland. Such a shame you've spent all your dough and need to sell Nunez and others to Saudi to finance it
For the love of all that is good in this world, do NOT sell Isak to Liverpool PSG or Saudi, sure go ahead. But you can't sell him to a domestic rival. Also, from an optics perspective, wouldn't it look awful if Liverpool yanked both Ekitike and Isak from you? Surely, your club cannot allow that to happen?
I agree with looking on the bright side and we can strengthen a few positions for weakening up front (hopefully only slightly weakening there if we can replace well). Got to remember that Liverpool got that hugely inflated fee at a time when general player prices were much lower, so it wont be as transformative for us unless we sell for around £140m+.
Well by all accounts were were 200m in the green (psr) before we signed ekiteke so apparently we still have the money to buy Isak and then sell off Darwizzy and some of the rest like elliot and tsimikas, doak and a few more possibles
City don't seem to care about breaking the rules, kinda miffed as to why you haven't done the same as them tbh and take any punishment that comes after. It's only been 5/6 years since city were first pulled up and found guilty by uefa for example
Only the fans that would turn regardless of who is sold to Our social media fans in general are a joke
You need to start handing out them brown envelopes city dish out to the powers that be and you can do what you want too like them
Elliott a brilliant little player, I'd much rather we kept him but he's not gonna get many games unfortunately. Big fan of him
