Lot to like with Abdullahi on first impressions with him. Can see the rawness in him though and doesnt look to be ready for this year imo. Sure people can mention Mayenda this time last year, but way more comfortable environment for him to come into a Championship team against Championship players (also think Mayenda is a very special talent). I think there will be a few looking at Abdullahi and he will get a good move on loan this year. Think it would be a bit of a waste keeping him in the u21s. Potential Championship side might use him as their main man and that would be great for us.
After everything we've been through since Ellis lost interest, it's like we fell in the proverbial pot of shìt and came out smelling of Roses. If Carlsberg did club setup's. Can't think of any owners I'd want to swap with. Certainly not a regime like up the road. Hat's off, the club is run with hard work, determination and professionalism. We deserve to be where we are and it looks like it's only going to get better.
