The thing is, Hamas are still the Governing administration in Gaza and until a proper solution is found to a Palestinian State, they are always going to be around in some guise, both as a political and military wing. They are totally embedded in the fabric of Gaza currently. So there's no way you can separate out food for ordinary civilians and Hamas imo. Logistically it just isn't possible. What Israel are trying to do is drip feed a small amount in with no way of controlling who ends up with it. And the result is starvation for the poorest/weakest. Death by firing squad at the distribution sites, and loads of aid creamed off by either Hamas or the Islamic State fighters that Benny the Butcher is now arming. The solution to this is to open up the aid channels that the UN had in place, get food to people and then get back around the table and negotiate a ceasefire. Remember Hamas for all of their ills, were ready to move to phase 2 in that ceasefire deal that would have seen ALL of the hostages released and a long term ceasefire deal.
