Not the UK, but ****ing hell:
In 2024, there were more home buyers over the age of 70 in the U.S. than under the age of 35, data from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) shows.
Average life expectancy in the US is 77.43. It's just under 75 for men.
46% of homes purchased in 2024 were by those aged 60 and over.

    1. Boomers gotta boom.

    2. I suspect the stats are counting Larry Fink rather than BlackRock.

No additional comment to that other than to say that events suggest otherwise.

I accept that of course, but his continuing 'support' of Netanyahu and the IDF action on so many levels does nothing to dispel the conclusion that he is in hoc to that group. He is now the PM of a Government with a huge majority and potentially 4 more years in power. Time for him to start showing some leadership.

Labour simply can't afford to resurrect the antisemitism accusations.
Farage has taken an extremely pro-Israel position and we all know where it would go.
It would be pointless grandstanding, especially given the US position right now.

Somehow the BBC are blaming social meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeedia for Farage stoking roving gangs of gammony ****s to attack people instead of, oh I don't know, Nigel ****ing Farage?

Perhaps they shouldn't have created a problem they could later claim to have "solved" in the first place?

Who's "they"? The media created the issue and Corbyn ****ed it completely.

The people who failed to get rid of Corbyn with their attempted coup who, by complete coincidence, make up a predictable number of cabinet posts

And it certainly wasn't a media-created issue, as it started with Margaret Hodge performatively screaming at Corbyn in Commons but a media-facilitated one given Hodge rushed to get her version of the story out first, just like the myth of Angela Eagle's office window from the time of the attempted coup
