Yes, pace and all action types but also absolute technical ability too While Szoboszlai is all action he is not a dribbler and close control type. He needs to face goal. Now theres wirtz as a dribbling and one touch player who is also a pressing machine. Ekiteke who's pace and dribbling. Frimpong who's a pave merchant with dribbling skill. Kerkez who was up and down the line constantly. For me this will be all action so they have to run back as fast as they run forward and it'll be OK.
