Didn’t know that, thought it was max 2 changes a week. Guessing that’s what it is when the season starts?
20 goal strikers are hard to find. It's why Liverpool and Arsenal are dropping huge fees on Ekitike and Gyokeres, why Newcastle are after £150m for Isak. I think it's more important that our striker has a good all round game. Someone to drag us up the pitch when we're being pinned in but yes also be able to put the ball into the back of the net when a chance arises. Saying that though, i'd love us to have someone we can hang our hat on to get us something from games we don't play well in. Maybe we already have that, maybe not.
We have more to lose than Bournemouth by NOT going to 40m for Diakite so I can see why we would and they wouldn't. EDIT - obvs no indication yet that we will... just a feeling.

Personally he's so low down my list of priorities. I'd rather hear about GK, CB, Striker and Xhaka before I hear about El Khannouss. Not sure why but I just don't like it as a transfer.
I just see him as taking minutes away from Rigg without improving our best eleven. Admittedly I've barely watched him though. And then there's AFCON.
I also think that that last injury he had with us took far more out of him than we thought at the time. It's sad for him, but I can't see him ever getting back to the levels he was at before it.
I think he improves our squad and helps cover LM as well as being a more natural AM. I wouldn't sign him if Neil stayed but if Neil left I don't mind him coming in I really rate the lad and I think he could become quality. I totally get the AFCON concern but that's why i want someone like Bobb to come in as he could cover AM if needed so we would still have CM depth
