When I was a lad, poor and hungry, I'd spent my meagre resources on penny sweets, such as white mice, prawns and jazzies.

Once I'd secured employment as a potboy at a local pub, I moved on to Wham Bars, Dip Dabs and Refreshers - the real good stuff.

I'm still partial to chewy treats and sherbert. The other day I bought some Wham Extreme. Utterly vile. I was gutted.

This will be an even bigger drain on resources, and worse for local security.
