You’re not. I get an allergy every time I watch it. Which is once a week or so. I wasn’t aware until now that allergies could be transmitted through phone screens.

Watched this a few times and wondered did Sky film an alternative showing Sheffield legends, interviews etc just in case the match finished with them winning.

To me they've gone out on a limb showing this Sunderland angle, sitting in their end, having JD as a guest and not one from the Blades.

Might be just my strange thought process, anybody got a view?

Did anyone else notice in our 3 play-off games none of the keepers played passes short when clearing their areas.
They all went long with goalkicks etc...ensuring no mistakes made in such a dangerous area.
Don't remember Patto doing that during the normal season.

Think Patto might have got his knickers in a twist once, very early in the final, but think you're right apart from that.

Good question. They probably did something I suppose, then just got rid of the footage.

He wasn't he's club captain and Neil is team captain. Seems daft to me but it's common place to have multiple 'captains'

I know. I was being facetious. The report doesn’t make the distinction though. The reporter just named him as captain.

And they have done it with a young, inexperienced team. Of the starting XI here at Wembley, captain Luke O'Nien was the only player over 25, with Jobe Bellingham and Chris Rigg still in their teens.

No mention of Dan Neil at all.

    The script was absolutely insane.

The way we stormed the league from day one, missed out on the top two then seemingly went to pieces at the end ...

... only to break the Coventry hoodoo, produce an incredible SOL spectacular and a last gasp Wembley win.

You really couldn't have written it.

You could, but no one would believe it,
real Roy of the Rovers stuff.

I dont think there's a day gone by since that day that I haven't watched something to do with that play off run, and I cant see it stopping any time soon.

    The stuff of legend.

(Hope you had a cracking night last night).
