I’m very happy with seelt O9 and Ballard as options with two new CBs coming in

Definitely. I worry for Ballard though, not sure he is built for such a high line, usually slow on the turn.

 

I know it’s a friendly and we’re 1 down but we don’t look out of place here.

Only concern is how high our backline is, but as scout says, if we bring in two pacey centre backs then that's less of a problem

I’m slowly approaching the point where I actively want Seelt in our starting XI. That passing out of defence is something else. The Mayenda one earlier of course but that one a minute ago where he split them all the way through to ELF? Tasty stuff! If this continues through preseason I’ll be well pissed off if he doesn’t start against WHU
