the inefficiency at celtic and sevco is leaving the door open for a mid tier club to be run well and make serious inroads, Bloom is one of the shrewdest guys around so id expect Hearts to become more than decent over the next few years, and then other people will be looking at clubs like Hibs, Dundee United etc

celtic have been winning by default and the people in charge think its down to their genius, rather than in spite of their incompetence

were being outperformed off the pitch by some european minnows never mind the decent mid tier clubs
