It speaks volumes that the media let that all slide.... You know when it became clear the PL had lied. The media is mainly a bunch of big 6 ringlickers that love the rules.

 

Football Regulator needs to rein the PL in and get rid of PSR.

3 years ago was our chance, like when we got in early with Isak and everyone then wished they'd got in there when we did.

Simons to Chelsea

The likes of City arsenal Chelsea and Liverpool are massively out of our reach this season. I'd fully expect man United and Tottenham to improve greatly too.

Without significant investment this summer I don't think the current Newcastle squad will land European football again in any capacity.

Cunha and Mbuemo will make a big difference to Man United and Tottenham will be better without all the injuries.

Newcastle need huge investment and times shorter and shorter by the day.

It's not just what Newcastle aren't doing it's what other clubs are doing.

 

Cunha and Mbeumo won't solve everything at Man U, everything was a shambles there, particularly the defence. Still a big question mark there as to whether Amorim will sort things out.

Spurs are in a more comfortable position with Frank, but they're still considerably off top 4, 6th will be a success for them.

 

Newcastle are way short at the present time.

I'm not going to change my view.. The 4 clubs that finished ahead of Newcastle are significantly stronger. The likes of villa have a stronger squad and Man United and spurs will be significantly better.

I'd also add that Leeds and Sunderland are here to have a go unlike the crap like that went down.

If Newcastle don't invest significantly in all areas of the squad we're heading for a very difficult season.

I think most fans know this tbh.
