The EA warned last month that England's water supplies could face a shortfall of six billion litres a day by 2055 without dramatic action, driven by rising temperatures, population growth and other factors....

problem is population has exploded because over a million or more not born here have added to birthrate, and do have a tendency [not to practice birth control? ] have very large families.

WOW talk about talking to an empty house .... YVETTE gave her latest plan on .......... uuuuuuuuuuum "reducing the illegal boat people crossing".. BUT HANG WE ARE SWAPPING!!! ONE FOR ONE!!
[answers Ashton's Query though, there must be a safe way station to ask for and get adjudged as a candidate for asylum ] so currently we can expect 800 a week average!

anyway "talking to an empty house" not a single tory interested in her speech's and very few others [ likely had nothing else to do ] opposition seats were basically empty [ a record? ]
onr comment reported was that the FRENCH HAD STOPPED OVER 500 CROSSINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .... but stopped short of info, and assumption was they raided warehouses to steal the boats that didnt actually then get to sail....................

As I said somewhere else it won’t work anyway as the lawyers will get it blocked, plus it’s a stupid scheme
If it was 1 in and 5000 out I’d be behind it
Labour are toast as are the Tories, but by the time Nigel Farage comes to power it will be too late to turn the ship around and have an adult running the country, doing what the majority of the people want him to do, not the same old same old from the uni parties

Keir Starmer weighed in on Bilton school's decision to put a 12-year-old in isolation over her dress choice on its culture day. Courtney Wright, 12, wore a dress featuring the Union Flag [ bravo girl ] to school and wrote a piece about history and traditions to take part in the initiative held last Friday. In a permission letter sent to parents, the school said the event was "designed to promote inclusion, understanding, and appreciation of different backgrounds, traditions and heritages". But the student was told her dress was "unacceptable", before being thrown out of lessons and told to sit in reception [ purportedly most of the day ] until her dad came to collect her.

The school would have loved it had she worn a dress with the flag of Palestine on it
Anything welcome as long as it’s not British

    as a follow up ...............

The UN estimates that cumulative net migration to the UK will total 14.3 million by the end of the century, fuelling a population rise.
This is almost double the 7.8 million for France and just under a quarter more than Germany.
Just three of the 27 current EU member states will see their populations increase between now and 2100, the UN’s World Population Prospects 2024 has revealed.

Alongside the 10 per cent projected for Luxembourg, only Sweden (6.7 per cent) and France (2.8 per cent) will see increases.

they will need to flood one or 2 of the biggest valleys in Wales or / and ENGLAND a lake/s 4 to 5 times bigger in area to CHEW VALLEY ... , with an area of 1,200 acres (4.9 km 2). ... thats around 5000 acres / about 20km squared!

    We could stop this tomorrow
But few politicians want to know
They’d rather change the culture and demographics of the UK forever
    And there’s no going back

I’m thankful that I’m of any age where I knew right from wrong and I had the best music, technology, job security, culture, cheaper food, community spirit, patriotism, real policing and justice, cheaper utility bills, no net zero nonsense, relative peace, and our borders firmly closed against those who are not welcome here and especially those who just leech off of taxpayers

DWP STAFF STEALING MONEY FROM THE VULNERABLE............. and .....................

In total, more than £1.7m was lost in 2024-2025 because of DWP employee benefits fraud.
In the past, staff have been jailed or received a suspended sentence for stealing employment and support allowance, carer’s allowance and winter fuel payments by diverting the money into their own bank accounts.
The revelation of fraud among a small number of staff in charge of benefits for the country’s most vulnerable people is likely to put pressure on the Government, which has promised to crack down on claimants who are “benefit cheats”.

The amount of money stolen by DWP staff is far less than the amount lost due to benefits fraud among claimants. The Government wrote off £5.8m lost due to customer fraud in 2024-2025, which it said it would not be able to be recoup. But the total level of customer fraud is estimated to be £6.5bn, based on a sampling exercise ran by the DWP.

We’ve turned into a nation of skanks where free is the norm and stealing is common
Never mind locking people up for iill advised tweets, how about jailing real criminals and shoplifters who think they are entitled to rob shops and supermarkets with no fear of being brought to justice

As an aside, on a lighter note very occassionally maybe twice a year I do a mini shop In Lidl. my commisserations to those that do "full shops" regular.............
I was "recommended to go to get a drill about £20 GVFM ... alas no batteries, but there is [ on a Saturday ] some items food wise I like and a couple other products that are VFM 4 OF MY TARGET ITEMS WERE 100%
However bought some strawberries [ hereford] Tesco use same [ supplier? ] area Hereford. Last one from tesco were like plum sized and 10/10 and reasonably priced Alas whilst these were the same 10/10 taste the size much smaller 1/3rd and VFM cost was 115% of tesco.. THICK CREAM to go with Tesco strong taste and thick LIDL would say was lesser taste and dripped off the spoon in about 3 secs Tesco drip teast still on spoon after 30-45 secs [ didnt wait any longer............... ] other than KELLY's Cornish Ice cream less firm and flavour is down Tesco better choices.......... Bananas more expensive ..... biscuits fewer choices and well ...........
ALL IN ALL A LATER PRICE COMPARISON TO TESCO [ where possible ] ........... on an £68.87 shop Tesco was 97p more expensive.......

Six people have been arrested during the latest protest outside a hotel used to house asylum seekers in Essex.
Bottles and smoke flareswere thrown towards police vehicles during the demonstration which saw more than 1,000 people gathered outside the Bell Hotel in Epping.
Ch Supt Simon Anslow said it was disappointing to see the protest escalate into "mindless thuggery".
The disorder followed the arrest and charge of an asylum seeker last week on suspicion of alleged sexual assaults in the town.

throughout History there have been "uprisings" against the will of the people ... march's to get the vote, standing up for your community ... etc etc etc sometimes the "event" got heated and there were scuffles but eventually there is common ground, today that seems to be changing and mostly over 1 thing .............. people that dont actually belong here, in fact if you look at it they are illegally invading our shores, taking over all sorts of various things ...housing/hospital/medical appointments/etc's getting paid more [ .gov handouts ] than and treated better than [ housed by .gov ] some of the people who have families that have strived for, and striving still for generations to put them where they are.
Today The British homeless are left to fend for themselves and the British working classes are being milked with taxation to pay for it [ illegal invaders ].... in the 1940's our shores were subjected to an attempt to be taken over we fought back.... we did not allow anyone to take over our fine and splendid country, the country united .. now the .gov is doing nothing to stop this new age style invasion instead actually encouraging it.

YES THE UK, GB is going through a difficult time but when you look at the Liebour lies about creating jobs and the fact each month the jobless has gone up, x% are on welfare fiddles we have enough of our own born and bred to fill a lot of those vacancies...
