The harsh reality of the premier league really, at least they become competition and can fight their way in
I dont understand why people on here are posting asif Mundles seasons over and we are now in need of another LW. His operation wasnt major we should have him back within 3 months and the seasons still over 20 days away from starting.
Tbf the club themselves have said through our journos we are moving onto alternate targets so it's a given we want another winger
Think it's more hes had 3 hamstring injuries in the last 12 months so concerns over his durability - especially since he's an explosive player Id rather a RM to come in and compete with Robrrts and then use Talbi as a back up on both wings
It’s just the recurring theme with hamstring injuries mate, he could be in and out all season. Best get cover or a replacement while we have the money. I think he’s topper but all of our team/squad are replaceable.
I was of the same mind as you. I thought the major surgery was for Mundle's previous injury and the current injury only required minor surgery. I don't want to misquote anyone, perhaps @Prehab26 could clarify.
I actually think he’s decent but his decision making it just a bit bizarre at times. Makes loads of great runs and gets into positions you’d expect him to smash the ball in the net then looks for a pass that’s not there or hesitates.
Didn't rlb say they went with conservative (no surgery) option for treatment last time, that he'd been training fine so they thought it had worked. But it reoccurred during a sprint, so now they opted for surgery... So this time it should be fixed. Nothing is 100% guaranteed of course
Cirkin is in Portugal, I was talking to him yesterday. He said that the initial treatment of his wrist wasn’t right, and that he came back a little too early, his wrist is in plaster and he’s not sure how long it will take but he’ll be back.
