I remember travelling back from an away match sometime around 2006, and we had 606 on the radio. A Charlton fan rang in and said 'I'm bored with finishing mid to lower table in the Premier League, and I wouldn't mind a relegation this season, then winning promotion the season after'. He got half of his wish. Abridged version, there's very little, to no, argument for getting relegated, EVER.
I can kind of get why some fans want it rather than constant stability. Especially nowadays being midtable in the prem can probably be a right bore. I agree with you though that there’s no guarantees in football you only have to look at Luton
No issue with him talking **** on a radio show but during a game let the game flow or add something of relevance.
Not long enough if looking for positive reasons for a relegation. That is all. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
It would seem rather unfair/absurd if we're subject to the exact same restrictions as weds, eg the 7k limit .....we're obv in a state but nothing like the absolute complete and utter basket case they are
There's no way se signed Ajayi for less than £7k a week, so I assume the Yorkshire Post have got it wrong.
