If the reports of the fee are true, any club would sell Isak. I might end up being easily over 100m, it's an insane price.

    This.

I did reply with the below yesterday, when Roly said about Eales, but thinking maybe he missed it?

Noted, I think your third paragraph is the thing that’s most to blame for the state of things. How on earth is he not replaced yet?

Eddie says Isak is at home where he sent him.
So are we saying Eddie is lying to the fans or that Isak has sneaked off for talks with Liverpool without Eddie knowing?
Personally I don’t think either so I’m getting a whiff of farmyard animals on this story.

Probably, but as long as they take on the wages, that's fine by me

Ironically he is our best keeper by a mile. Never given the chance to prove it.

Probably yeah was just thinking the other two are either past it, goofy or both. Pope still no 1 but he's definitely getting worse.

Pope's save from Schar was really good, can't blame him for the 1st goal.He still has a season for us in him.

We have 3 international keepers, it is odd that we haven't given Vlach a try

We must be the only club that can't use the keeper at the back. I also notice today that we were essentially kits doing the old get the crosses in the box dinosaur style football.

I'm actually starting to think the clubs for sale and the Saudis are simply doing some housework until it's done.

Makes no sense... Howe saying he sent him home due to speculation, which of course would only naturally create more speculation.

    Big bid in I think.

Obviously. It’s whether he’s tempted by Saudi or not, I guess.

"Look Alex, personally I really, really want to keep you here and build a team around you. But the owners are very keen to accept the £500m bid from Saudi."

I think maybe Isak wanted to go to Liverpool and wasn't happy Newcastle refused the bid... The dressing room will be ****ed now and they're beginning to realise they're only at Newcastle and not what they thought they were joining. 4 years in and it's the same faces.

Until this summer I held a belief in the project, but I think most people are now realising the club is an absolute mess right now.

If anyone is still hoping they'll sign 4 or 5 quality players they're going to be disappointed, because they do not want to come here and the recruitment team is a disaster story at this point.

No wonder Staveley Ashworth and Mitchell have ****ed off because someone or something cannot work with them.

Probably bedwetting but this is the most worried I've been since the takeover, something feels really wrong behind the scenes. It's taking so long to replace key positions behind the scenes I worry what would happen if Howe left for any reason.

The stadium news the training ground?, nothing. I think the Saudis have realised they can't do what they want at Newcastle and nufc is for sale.

It's like they're simply clearing the decks for a new buyer coming in.

Looks like Ekitike is going to the self pitiers for £80m.
I can cope with Isak going to Saudi for a hefty fee. Still Sesko and Oshimen available.

Deal sorted shortly after Isak sent home... Isak has privately aired his frustration I think and deep down wanted to go.

If they sold Isak they could get osimhen or seski because we have zero pulling power at this point and the recruitment team is a bunch of nobodies offering a crap wage.
