What makes you think those 2 won't go the same way as all the other great sinings they've made since Fergie left?
Yeah, he seems a good type of character which will hopefully stop him going the way of some of those others. We'll see. I'm doing grand but god I feel old. I went to a wedding yesterday and wasn't even drinking (as I was driving) and woke up in the night with acid reflux due to too much soft drinks and an 11pm bacon bap it seems. My kids all think I'm hung over, if only. Anyhoo, school holidays so I get to spend hours alone wIth my kids. I tell myself it's better than being in work. You keeping well bud? Genuinely excited by the Sunderland transfers, just need to get 17th and can see you ruffling a few feathers.
You have to admit, Chelsea's business model is 2nd to none. They buy a decent youngster, and if he doesn't make the grade they just sell him to Arsenal for a big profit.
They are definitely cheating on FM and just setting up a "New Player" each time to buy their trash. Arteta doesn't even look like a real person.
Cantona had a few disciplinary issues ... .... both Cunha and Mbuemo have proven that they can more than cut it in the Prem ...
I agree but what I mean is that if it doesn't go well for Utd I don't see Cunha as someone who will knuckle down and play through it, he's likely to throw a strop.
His discipline issues aren't with his club though, like the likes of Sancho, Garnacho and Rashford, they are because he's a proper ****. On the pitch. Which is what we need. We've got a bunch of snowflakes currently. We got Mbuemo from Brentford. Who play in the premier league, which is top level, so he's already proven at that level. We're not in Europe so that bit isn't yet relevant. Both are great signings.
It's the mid-championship level backline of Targett, Lascelles, Kraft, Ashby we'll have in reserve that worries me more. The idea we have money to sepnd and it isn't on this is crazy. Our forward line is good enough for what we want to achieve, don't really mind in that regard.
Munson's prophesising of DCL has been going on since the dawn of time. Even if we don't get Wissa, there's plenty of other targets to burn our way through before we have to resort to that.
I honestly think he'd be a big improvement. Wilson would never have been able to move a boundary fence without breaking his leg.
Well in terms of a knackered waster, then yeah. Apart from last season, Wilson did score goals regularly though on the rare occasions he played.
so what you're saying is DCL would be a downgrade as he has had only 1 short spell of regular goalcoring
