Quite funny how the media appear to know all the players on our shortlists, know all the facts about every transfer enquiry, know the reasons why we're no longer interested etc. On the other hand.... How long does it take to get a new CEO, a new technical director (according to the media in place of a sporting director) etc. Last year we were told EH had a shortlist of 1/2 players per positions and after that there is no one suitable. So Pedro and Ekitike. No one left good enough? Guehi and Scalvini. No one left good enough. Trafford. No one left good enough. Yet we're still going to win the quadruple this year! Just chill and wait for the football matches.
Looks like Galatasaray want Ederson from Man City, in which case City are more likely to trigger the buy-back clause for Trafford.
Not sure how many top quality keepers are available for City to bid for if Ederson does leave, which lots of reports seem to think is a real possibility.
There's loads which is why I cannot fathom us sticking with Pope. Maignan, Chevalier, Perri, Costa, Verbruggen, Restes, Lunin.
