Not fighting Jim like. His avatar looks like he is 6"4 and Adonis.

Positive spin: Mundle said he won’t sign a new deal, we replace him and Watson with Lauriente and Adingra and then he can go. All sound stuff from the club if they aren’t going to sign new deals.

Id be sad to see him go, but lets be honest if its a big bid and we can make a big profit then its the right thing to do. Hes spent alot of time injured with us so none of us have seen him get a good run of games consistently yet.

Xhaka came on after 58 mins. 5-1.

Might get an update from ten Hagg after the match. He'll probably want to deflect from the result <laugh>

Totally, I really rate him but i also get the business side of things

The fact we have already 'replaced' him makes it easier

That is the beauty of all of our signings. I am not grumbling by any means. They all could be class. And while they are wearing out famous colours they get my daft cheery voice whenever I can.

Got to be honest though. Wouldnt mind a couple of Brits to come in and give us what I still think we have as a footballing culture. Cresswell would do fine as a starter - made some of the euro lads look second rate in the u21s. Would run through anything to clear his back line.

I mean no ill from this question, but do Speak Sunderland ever get any sort of news like this?

can’t say I’ve ever seen them as a news source versus a click-bait style aggregator

Don't want to set @FellTop off but I do think we need to be a bit careful now when it comes to continuity.

16 players played 900+ minutes in all comps last season. Mepham, Jobe and Watson are already gone. Neil and Cirkin seemingly need to sign contracts or they'll be gone. Mundle looks like he could be going. Patterson, Roberts and Browne the club have either replaced or have been actively looking to.

I'm not exactly big on sentimentality but I do think cohesion is important.

Cresswell and Lennon Miller would be great. I really rate Miller and am surprised nobody ever mentions him in here.

either hes not happy that players are being signed which is a comically bad attitude, or a price is being floated and met and this is how we operate now?

Personally think the latter and shows no one is safe.

Would love Man Utd to sign someone to play off the right to make Amad available...

(I know he's not coming back but we can dream)

aye it’s looking more and more likely our West Ham team might be 8 debutants plus Enzo, Hume and Mayenda
