I'm no finance man, but we could offer him an initial signing on fee of around £10m and then around £130 pw wages. 3 year deal. No impact on wage structure And well within budget vs Pedro /Ekitike. Could even go higher on the signing fee.

We won't have "scouted" him so as it stands are probably around 18-24 months from getting round to making an inquiry. I'd probably rule this one out.
