Tomorrow after a week in PEI we are going to stop in Saint John and watch the 3rd match in a series between the Halifax Wanderers and Wrexham AFC U21's. Halifax has won the first two matches so Wrexham will no doubt be looking for revenge. https://www.canpl.ca/hfxwanderersfc/summerseries
In Saint John, NB, 30 mins to Wrexham AFC U21 team vs Halifax Wanderers, who have already beaten Wrexham, 3-0 and 1-0 in 3 game series. At merchandise stand a nice Wanderers team shirt in XXL costs $124.99 + tax. Now you could get one of those half & half scarfs that everyone hates for $24.99! Not seeing Ryan Reynolds anywhere?
I guess the half & half would be a souvenir of this "international" series. Maybe we should have played our U21 development squad in Italy as the oldtimers look like ****e! Only $20 admission.
I've been watching the cricket and the tennis. Was there any football on? Oh yeah, the Lionesses. Good result.
Watching the lionesses & 2-0 down & dreadful defending our no16 carter I think should be taken off, has no pace & quite big build too slow & cost both goals
First game I've watched since last season. I thought I missed football, after watching this I'm not so sure!
Enjoying one of the lowest quality penalty shoot outs of all time. 5 goals scored out of 13 penalties. And Sweden miss the 14th (and I mean miss, both high and wide) to let England through.
God there was some dire penalties taken & Swede keeper moved a lot before some of ours was taken, but got there in the end
In the queue at Stansted to watch the mighty Rs win the European Cup. Lacks the sophistication of Gatwick.
