McKenna of late in my opinion has been superb !!!

I was his biggest critic but I now feel he has found his feet, he never gives the ball away and was my MOTM V Birmingham & Leicester, he does alot of the dirty work which people tend not to focus on !!!

The same applies to Evans. Though that said I hear his goal today was pretty classy.

I agree on Mckenna, really proving to be a vital part of the team as is Evans who continues to grow into his role in midfield. Merry Christmas to you too TIGERSHULL and best wishes for a happy New Year! <cheers>

McKenna has been a driving force for us in the last few games and Corry Evans is hugely underestimated. No wonder SAF wasn't sure enough to let Corry go when we put in for him the first time. They can only get better.

I'll admit that he has proved me wrong. I thought he was past it and a **** signing. Now he's an integral part of the team. I think Evans has improved greatly by playing along side him.

To be fair I thought he was a bit rubbish initially - I think Nick has actually got the best out of him. Now I am so glad to see him on our team sheet. Evans is young and I think if we can hang onto him he will be an anchor in future.

I too thought this and am not ashamed to admit that I was wrong!
IMO McKenna has probably been the real MoM in the last 3-4 games. As someone else pointed out, his off the ball work is outstanding and his distribution very rarely fails to find its target.
When voting for MoM, people need to watch the game as a whole rather that just the goal scorers or looking busy out on the wings before they vote!
    Keep it up McKenna!!

i know i was one of the few hull city fans who welcomed the paul mckenna signing especially as he was a Free one. his form is now on a par or even better than his hey days @ preston north end before his move to forest. keep it going paul, as you and evans are 2 of the best midfield pairings in the championship now. who needs neil danns eh ? money well saved. lol.
