I think for all different types of stuff you have to deliberately test for it. By default most things aren't tested for (presumably you'd need to put whatever agent shows you those levels? I dunno enough medicine). But yea they only realised when he started showing issues with his deterioration of his liver

I’m probably missing something with this Afghanistan leak story but the previous government seem to be getting off incredibly lightly. Even more lightly than they usually do. It sounds absolutely mental. £7bn is insane- that’s like nine transfer windows for Chelsea.
