Poor Hume had to play week in week out without a break last season covering him out of position at Left back whilst he nursed yet another injury. I know its not the lads fault, but his recovery time from injuries is ridiculously long. This must be the 3rd season in a row now him and Alese have missed out on pre season
So,thinking out loud here....if we said 27 players are in Portugal,excluding 7 U 21s,and most of us think we will add a further 3 to the squad before the season start, how many do we think our first team squad will be? 30 + the U21s seems too many?

he wouldn't be doing longer runs like that if there was any genuine injury. That's kinesiology tape which I also use as preventitve rather than responsive. He's probably protecting against injury rather than treating one.
