Trolls shout loudest, a small amount will reply with reasoned arguments to social media stuff, but most wisely won't bother. I don't have an opinion on any teams fans via the Internet, just those I've let IRL. You'll never win when you're arguing with someone stupid, and that's all that happens on social media.
He reminds me of private Pyle from Full Metal Jacket, the one who got beaten in bed with bars of soap inside socks.
Beautiful smugness, this is why "influencers" are generally tards. We'll actually thank them for things they actually DID give us, like £35m for Andy Carroll in 2011.
We should put cheeky, low level bids in for all their players and make it all public. If they think Isak is £120m, then we value Salah, VVD, Szoboszlai, Alisson, Marma, Diaz, Gravenbach, Mac Allister, Gakpo, etc. at say... around £20m each, tops.
Liverpool stance give us Isak or we go for your target is hilarious. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind if our club played some mind games and we get to keep Isak and they end up with Ekitike. yes, he is good, but Isak is more important to us plus what Frankfurt are asking is a bit too much for him anyway.
I think Liverpool have been quite savvy tbh, they always had a potential bid for Isak lined up, and chose the perfect moment to wheel it out when we were going for Ekitike, getting our focus on Isak and then going in for Ekitike themselves. Low, but well orchestrated all the same.
Didn't realize this but Frankfurt signed Burkhardt (striker) for £20m or so about a week ago. Probably explains all the movement, they must be expecting Ekitike or Sesko to leave.
Saw one report about a week ago that Sesko's agent was actively touting him around various clubs for a transfer, including some EPL clubs.
but have they actually gone in for him? To me, it's just the scousers doing what they do, they always want to make it about them. We all know as NUFC fans, if LFC or Chelsea etc come in for our targets, then 99 out of a 100 that's game over. This threat of sell us Isak or we take Ekitike is insulting. Would love if Ekitike actually turned round and said I dont want to be Liverpool's runner up prize and signs for us......How do you like them apples!
He's a strange one - sort of gone from being one of, say, five strikers touted around as the next big thing to being overlooked by pretty much anyone looking for a striker.
We've bid 83 million Euros for Ekitike. He's only interested in joining us. Liverpool is a non-starter.
David Ornstein has once again confirmed - Isak is not for sale at any price and Liverpool have been told that.
