Going to take my daughter to the Betis home friendly but I cant buy an under 14 ticket on my account as well as my own ticket, when I go to create her account it says this username is already in use (I assume it means my email) but shes 4 so hardly going to have an email account Do I need to create a new email, seems illogical Never mind found that in the friends and family there is a add option for someone who hasnt got an account and creates one - Apologies
I used my own email account and for the grandson I used my Google email account. I don't really use it for anything else
If you go to the part where you add people to your network if they dont already have a account it lets you set up one up using the same credentials
Just saw this thread and jumped straight onto the site, got my ticket no problem, can’t wait See you there Smug, RTB et al
Yeah I think one of the new hospitality partners that came in, will likely change all the tilling systems etc
I was straight onto the tickets yesterday 10am thought there would be plenty of interest got one no probs, shame its up in the concourse.
I’m not sure where people were expecting ‘the announcement’ to appear although it has created some confusion. It’s clear that games will sell out so people need to be on the ball with customer accounts, etc. @Dave_39 posted the release dates, for games, so people need to be prepared. The club were slow in realising people would need something on the website and that not everyone is ‘wired up’ to the internet. Whatever the case some supporters are inevitably going to miss out on various home games … … a decent season and I’ve believe the expansion of the SOL will begin.
They normally do a on sale now tweet or facebook post you'd think But your right everyone knew this was going to sell out straight away
Agree. If we have a decent season, selling out home matches will become normal which I'm sure will prompt KLD to begin the next part of projet d' avenir and expand capacity to the next level.
I think that's part of the problem tbh, different people use different mediums and the club website inevitably lags behind. The internet is totally 24/7 whereas the club operates during office hours. That puts more traditional supporters at a disadvantage ... ... ironically the older/more loyal fans will be beaten to tickets by those with the fastest routers.
aye only a few 76 yard hospitality tickets left at £240 a ticket hopefully club don't mess up announcement for next home game
