A couple of days of rugby overload if I'm not careful. 6 games in the U20s world cup tomorrow. And on Saturday you can watch senior internationals kicking off from 4.30am until 8.40pm. 7 games. Wales kick off at 6am against Japan and the lions at 11 am against the waratahs. Might limit myself to those two and Wales v France in the U20s.
Depending on age....you could connect your phone to the car via android auto or carplay and use Google maps. I find it is better than the bmw navi
Cheers Furter. Just looked and the android on my Samsung phone supports the android/vehicle interface so I'll give it a go. Can you throw the google maps onto the touchscreen or heads up diplays? What about navigation commentry or am I asking too much?
You should be able to get it onto the screen.....and heads up, I guess. Should get commentary too.....I have to shut the ****er up though!!
Fruit growing neighbours turned up within another 1.2kg of red gooseberries and 800g of red currents. A second lot of relish made along with a second crumble. Redcurrant gin now in the cupboard under the stairs for a couple months. On to red currant jam next. Mrs Remote in charge, I'm just doing prep.
Connected to vehicle via Android Auto but can't seem to get the map images up on the touchscreen. Got the commentary up and running and you're right! Unlike the lovely dulcet tones of the BMW i-drive lady I've been used to, that woman's voice on the Google navi is one harsh bitch! It'll do me until I get back home in a couple of weeks. As well as the probable sat nav antenna problem, the car needs a full service (according the vehicle management screen) and have an FOC airbag recall to sort, so may get it all done together whilst I arrange a mortgage..........
So, been a while since I've been able to post properly just because of busy schedules etc. but Mrs Brizzle and I partook in a little bit of tennis the other week with us being fortunate enough to get tickets for Wimbledon via the ballot, Centre Court tickets no less (don't know if that's normal)... Got to see both Novak Djokovic and Jannick Sinner as well as Iga Swiatek in their 2nd round matches, so effectively BOTH singles winners.. quite something to see them up close. So very different to watching on TV, the pace and power on display was quite awesome Apart from that, I've also just this week been experiencing the joys of a stay in Milton Keynes for work purposes. Hadn't realised there was quite so much green space in the area and I happen to be staying quite near Willen Lake and the Grand Union Canal... Actually quite pleasant, who'd have thought it?
I'd have thought it Brizzo. You're just a bit north of me but still in Bucks - a beautiful county with so much open space and greenery. I'm still up here in my 3rd week in my cottage and loving every minute.
