I'd like to keep him as he's our only left winger that isn't going to AFCON. Otherwise I think there's every chance Adingra (definitely) and Talbi (maybe) would be ahead of him on the left wing anyway. Of course this is assuming Talbi does get called up to Morocco as expected, he hasn't yet
Can accept that. He’s done well, just some were going on like we were missing Lamine Yamal when he was out injured.
My impression of him is that he's a talented lad who is likely to really improve with better players around him.
Noticed you've said that your not as arsed on Mundle which I get as we actually only have a small sample size of him playing. I think hes got the attributes you need to step up to the prem though. At his age, I definitely want to see him given at least next season to see what he can do.
Weirdly, we are in a worse position at centre half than we were this time last year with the injuries up to the first international break. No way the club will be happy that Seelt and Ballard (both yet to prove consistent fitness) will be our only two senior natural centre halves going into the prem. I'd be surprised if this time next week we dont have a cb signed or at least reportedly well advanced. Be a position the club want to get bang on, its a crucial signing for the starting lcb.
Just in case anyone misses it from the other thread, and the club haven't announced it, but West Ham at home is now on general sale and will sell out quickly looking at how few seats are left.
