Walsh in no where near a #1 keeper for us. No way. I've seen him live many times and many other times on the box. He makes mistakes and doesn't have the experience. He's not a real professional like Nardi. If we really did sell Nardi and go with Walsh, my expectations for next season will come right down. I'd see trouble ahead.
Does seem odd. So it's one of three reasons - he wants out, Stephan doesn't get on with him or Nourry's computer program has told him it's time to cash in on him. As Stan says. However seems odd to shut him away in the reserves when hopefully you want scouts to watch him playing in the first team.
I really don't understand. He's the best keeper we've had in years. Those aren't easy to come by. If we haven't got a good replacement, he is absolutely vital to our upcoming season. So what if he's worth a few bob, he'll be worth a few bob on the pitch for us if he can perform and earn us points.
