    Turkish themed BBQ. All home made. Chicken shish and beef and lamb koftas. Served with rice, which came out bang on.

    Point of order, a proper Turkish BBQ is 'there's nothing there on the grill, but some are on the way, it's just a rumour that we haven't paid the butcher'. :emoticon-0138-think

    This just a 'what have we got in the fridge job'. Roasted spuds, carrot, halloumi and chorizo. Better with a nice chop on the side, but I didn't have one. :emoticon-0101-sadsm

    On holiday so haven't got a full compliment of condiments etc. But I wanted a sweet savoury glaze. Ended up making one from mango chutney, ketchup, soy, hot sauce, garlic and lemon. They went down a treat along with with some pittas and a salad.

    Looks good but, unless you specifically request it, it annoys me when you pay top dollar and they serve up boiled veg.
