The spookiest thing about all that is some scientists say that it 'proves' a pre-determined universe, and, indeed, existence. Shades of religion in this, and Luther's predestination. And, some may say, Einstein's fixed tunnel of time that we 'travel' through, but it exists unchanged at all times. Not sure myself. I think this all smacks of Ptolomey's wandering stars, stretched and squashed to fit the bed of Procrustes rather than accept a heliocentric view of the heavens. We just don't know how information is communicated between photons, possibly passing through time and the dimensions we experience. And that is probably all it is - we just don't know... yet.
Certainly shades of religion, something that Immediately crossed my mind. I've never really come to a conclusion what I think of it all. I believe everything happens for a reason, it's what I call fate. One persons action has wide reaching impact on another. But never concluded if it was predetermined. If you want something enough, you can make it happen, positive thoughts equal positive outcomes. Bit like the women's tennis today, where the loser could probably have been predetermined before the game even started (tongue in cheek slightly there)... and whatever the outcome it creates a sequence of events and decisions, that just in itself become wide reaching.
