I understand all the arguments around Henderson. Saudi/his legs etc. However I do think we need some experience around the squad and he certainly would have fit that criteria.
We get an experienced player who can run also the two young CMs we’ve signed have over 100 appearances each and are full internationals
See I’m not sure the home kit will be revealed. Last week we posted a little teaser on the Wednesday before revealing on the Thursday. We didn’t post one yesterday
Sad about Henderson as I would have liked him back, think he would have really added something both on the pitch and in the dressing room. However, if the club not being interested means Neil is signing a new contract then I’ll be absolutely buzzing.
Be big for me Neil and Cirkin signing new deals, both got the potential to grow with the club so be delighted if both sign The club will have likely set them a deadline for signing otherwise we will need to sell
Morning all. I’d love to see progress on a centre back today. I’m nervous we’re only aiming for one and not two.
Is there a PL proven, older DC signing that we could make on loan? Feels like loans are a great way of adding experience without being pinned long term to an expensive contract (and a depreciating player)
He would have been viewed as a threat to Dan neill, current captain so them acting quick and shutting it down doesn’t surprise me if they really want to retain neill….nice little boost to the ego for him and shows how much they want to keep him
I agree we’ll have a budget but I cannot see us spending most of are budget on squad filling wingers and then leaving ourselves short for more important positions
Maybe someone like Senne Lammens wouldn't cost too much and I think he's a better GK Unsure what Antwerp would want but I reckon fee raising to €15 million in total might be enough
