    I have an ex from about forty years ago, ( I know! Very long story, Mrs Rowley has even met her!). She still goes to Brighton and we keep in occasional touch. Her bloke is an ex pro.

    I'll ask her we what she thinks.

    The view from the Brighton fans…

    It’s mainly… a good deal for both clubs. They’re getting 20m for a player who only has a year left on his contract and probably won’t get much game time. We are getting a player above the level of fighting against relegation.
