Mags embarrassing themselves yet again

I'll take it for 1 game this season.

 

I can see all sides of the argument. If you've paid up front you can decide yourself whether you go to only half a dozen games. But then its in the best interests of the club to fill the ground with the 'best' supporters. And it must be frustrating for those on a waiting list who would'nt miss a game if given the chance.

It will be. Since the Saudi takeover, they’ve had massive demand (but quickly forget about the 10,000 freebies given out by Ashley). I imagine if we were fighting for top 4, the demand would also be huge

Got to say the Mags I work with have been very complimentary.

They are still streets ahead of us as it stands of course so we will see how that pans out as the gap closes.

Crazy that the Elanga deal still not closed.

 

The only ones that tend to be the stereotypes are the ones online who seem to need to prove how Geordie they are, most in person are alright, for gimps anyway

In fairness though that’s a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy. All you have to do is keep on saying it to them and you’d have a truck load of cash.

 

Bought a caravan off a mag down here who has moved back up to Newcastle.
He left a couple of mag badges in the van. One above the shìtter, (in it would of been more fitting) and one above the bed.
Straight in the bin. And photos of Sunderland shirts and scarves followed.

Apparently his sister is a Sunderland mad season ticket holder so there is some class in his family

 

Down in Seaton Carew for a birthday party. Fair few Boro shirts knocking about, couple of Leeds.

There were three of another club, all 50s / 60s, two of who were in full kit. Guess who they "supported"....

 

There's loads of them in Hartlepool these days for some reason. If only the town had a team, oh hang on.............!
