AFCON, I think we'll survive with the wingers and backup we have for those positions. Mundle, Roberts, Mayenda, Isidor and even la Fee can play there.

CM is a bit more worrying, but hopefully Rigg, Neil (presuming he's still here), Browne and another one of our fringe players can do a job. If Neil goes, I'll have my fingers crossed that we get another CM in . Hendo could do. I'm not massively excited by him coming back, but he would be very good cover and brings prem experience.

Worries aside, these signings are massive statement of intent from kld etc . I'm very happy with them so far.

GK, CB, CM (not African <laugh>) and a striker then we'll be sorted imo

I don't think so, the nice thing is we don't have to sign another winger

I honestly never want to see Isidor on the wing for us, not good enough defensively in that position. I do feel Mayenda could do a job there tho

Le fee has to be a CM only now

Think Talbi is going to be utilised on the right personally but would like a more natural fit their with a left footer.

I am interest to see how the squad finishes up because theres been talk that RLB and Speakman like small squads to get everyone believing they can get into the 11 and not blocking the pathway for the academy talent.

Pace was what I wanted to see us go for after promotion and we're delivering on that. Stunned at how quick we're getting good business done. Window only officially opened a couple of weeks ago.

    Another on AFCON

so groups finish 31st December. Meaning they are back for spurs game onwards if they go out then.

So only really important game there is the Leeds one the other two are tough.

if they reach the QF they’ll then miss the Brentford game. Which is important

if they reach the final they’ll miss the Crystal Palace game, maybe semi final too

in that period I’d say our most important games are Leeds, Brentford and palace

only one atm they’re guarenteed to miss is Leeds

Still means we’re light on left footed wingers, but I’m happy that Adingra seems more capable of playing on the rhs.

I agree yeah, but of course that still leaves us with just mundle and Roberts during afcon and Mundle managed less than a third of our games last season - someone non-african to play either side but is left footed and right wing dominant.

Ghisolfi works at some pace doesn’t he? Helps when you’ve got a huge bag of cash but not much has leaked and we’re hoovering up what look like targets from the top end of our list at great speed.

Elliott or maybe McAtee. Basically a left footed tweener who can operate either out wide or through the middle. Budget Foden. Maybe the Bobb or Nwaneri loan?:emoticon-0102-bigsm

I know Adingra can play on the right but he's been shocking there whenever I've seen him. So much better on the left, think he will battle Mundle for that spot and then Talbi will be the rotational winger

Gut feeling tells me we will bring in 1 more winger
