As things stand he’s probably our starter on the left? Who else have we got there? An absent and aging Fraser, a player who probably needs a clean break from us and us from him in BBD? Not to mention he’s probably better central. Anyone else? Not sure we’d improve on Edozie for the money we’d sell him for. I’d sooner move on BBD and Fraser, keep Edozie and bring in a new player on the left personally.
Chelsea don’t want to loan out Ugochukwu again, they want to sell him. Allegedly interest from Prem teams and abroad. No chance he comes here but have seen a few people wondering about loaning him again, and this puts an end to that idea
Edozie presumably and I'm guessing we do. I'd rather not sell him tbh. It's a position we're massively light in imo and he did okay before his injury last time.
Im sure we will add a sell on if he does go. Agree about keeping him though. If he goes it leaves us Fraser and BBD who could play on the left? And BBD looked useless out there last season, pretty sure he played centrally when he was doing well at Blackburn and Sheff U. Unless there is a new left winger they’ve identified, which you feel we’d have to do, potentially even if we don’t sell Edozie
I'd keep Edozie. His numbers were actually very good in the Champ last time round for a bit-part 20 year old. He's a bit older now and it would be interesting to see if his final product can be improved under a different manager.
Yeah, I'd much rather keep Edozie than sell for 8-9mill. But if an offer of 13-15mill came in I'd be ok with cashing in. He's only shown glimpses of his talent really.
