It will be 30m with a buy back of 40m or if they don't buy him back then they get 25% of future sale

I agree its doubtful, but when you look at it, it may be possible. This player was nowhere near the first team. Maybe they are thinking loan or sell short term and if he keeps improving buy him back next year. No gamble on their behalf, and the player gets developed elsewhere
