That's really interesting. Last time I was in Brid, maybe 2 years ago,I went into a Seafood shop (on the same street where Woolies used to be) to see if I could get some lobsters. They seemed really surprised I wanted whole Lobsters but eventually found me 4 in the back. As you say perhaps there just isn't the demand.
I know the feeling I usually forget to take a picture. Made really nice smash burgers last night. Way to keen to scoff them to remember to take a picture. If I take a picture its usually of food the wife or daughter has picked
I think it's seen as expensive and fiddly to prepare and cook. Personally I think it's overrated. Although a grilled lobster tail looks good on the plate it can be tough and a bit tasteless.
