While it's an enquiry about Jack, and probably won't happen, but I've said it before, if you want to play in the big leagues you need big league players. I said it in Leauge one and it's something Wrexham done, you want to go up, you get from the league above. I f**kin love our setup. Was watching a transfer thing on YouTube, Diarra, Leeds were f**kin about offering 25 million, we basically said "had me pint, there's 30 and let's cut the bullshit", done and signed.
I understand transfers going quiet, specifically one of this calibre the abline one confused me in the space of a few hours it was linked bidded and rejected and then nothing since
Expecting us to be busy for the next couple weeks til Portugal then it’ll probably calm down a bit I imagine and slowly add a couple
Everyone! Roma are signing their backup to Mikautadze!!! EDIT - always read the article, it’s just saying he wants to join them
Either way if he’s declaring that he wants to go and he’s a target surely that is a transfer made easier for them. Couple this up with Brad saying the club are confident of getting it done. i really hope we do
I’m assuming this player is excellent but I’ve not heard of him. I’ve not been watching much European football since being away from the premier league.
Very very talented, with the right development he will be one of the best about - would rather he didn't go there
Just on Grealish, he's won it all at City, played for Villa.....but, he's 30 in September. Got a few more years left in him depending on if he looks after himself that is. My point is, once a player gets to 30, options may start to dry up.... not out of the relms of possibilities that a team like Sunderland could land him. imo ofcourse
What if Grealish is a loan. Now that I'd be on board with. Say 5m loan fee, cover 60% of his wages. That would be a definite yes from me.
What a summer. It’s completely ridiculous that we’re talking about Jack Grealish and it doesn’t feel completely ridiculous to contemplate. The folks running the club seem canny enough to find a way to make it happen - maybe some type of loan with wage sharing? Regardless, we have never been anywhere close to this in the Premier League era or even in the last 70 years. I’m really ****ing enjoying it.
