    Arsenal have no excuse.

They should have got rid of him. There's plenty of places to off load a ****bag like that and move on.

Chelsea sign Gittens £54m (including add-ons).

He'll take shirt number 240 :bandit:

Failed forward line, no problem just go out and buy a new one. **** PSR or FFP, Chelsea above the law apparently

Honestly I don't rate Gittens too much, think he's another Sancho and will struggle in a more physical league.

Its a hilariously average forward line and none of the prior fowards sold off.

I really hope the loan rules break their stride.

Their fine by uefa was derisory. They should be giving out 3 to 6 point deductions for each ffp breach in the league phase and at least slightly stopping this stuff.

Clearwater are making city's doping look minor.

The holding company must have some debt now. 2billion?

Can UEFA impose domestic sanctions? I think they can impose European ones, and Chelsea should be barred from the CL or have points deducted from the league phase of the competition.

    No.

Spain are constraining barca and its actually good for barca as load of top youths are again coming through.

They are on this 1 for 1 thing. Don't show the revenue then you cant register players.

Chelaea are trying their amnesty to ruin football, not thst its not already largely ruined.

Radical rule chances are now needed across europe and globally.

Suadi league is actually constrained by their own foreign plauer rule. The glut of buys has slowed.their madness.

No great crowds have emerged there. The ego will eventually pump this up for the world blood cup but after that it'll drop right off.

So how can the UK and europe change this?

    Increase homegrown quota?

    Seriously restrict loans?

    Hard limits on player registrations?

    Transfer caps?

    Salary caps?

The latter two won’t happen. Both are anti competitive. No way will every club in Europe sign up to it.

Chelsea are an odd one. They keep buying more and more potential without actually improving on their actual first team players.

Jackson half decent striker with enough chances. Sign Delap who is potential but no better.

Palmer, their 1 top class attacker, sign Pedro to be his understudy.

Madueke, Sterling, Felix all being moved on to be replaced by more potential in Gittens and Essugo.

Surely he can't be now that we've lost Jota? Presumably, Nunez and Chiesa still have to go, so we'll be three strikers light now as it stands. I appreciate the club won't be doing any transfer work for a week or so now -quite rightly - but I'd have thought a marquee striker, a decent striker and, possibly Doak as sixth striker will be a must now before the new season starts.

England women losing 2-0 at half time to France in the Women’s Euros. Comical defending for the French second goal and Williamson doing a Trent for the first French Goal. Englands next game is against the Dutch so if the lose that as well, as I expect them to lose tonight, going on the score and performance then Wiegman has to go.

She has won the women’s Euros in 2017 with the Dutch as well as with England in 2021.
Southgate has won **** all apart from getting his Knighthood from a lucky bag that was brown and full of money

They look scared of the ball, tbh. The French look far more comfortable on it, it has to be said.

I think she picks too many favourites.

The Fullbacks have definitely seen better days, got absolutely cooked in the 1st half
