Incredible Test. Almost 1,700 runs scored. England should have been batted out of the game after the position India were in early on day 2. But no chase seems to be beyond England in home Tests - and Root is often at the fore. Headingley seems to produce some incredible games. It can't miss out a Test in the future under this rota system; if it does the ECB has no soul.
