Taken them a while… been rumbling of that for about a year! All the while been playing for Arsenal who clearly knew stuff was going on. Very awkward. Innocent until proven guilty? Do you let him live his life until that time? Do you suspend him? We saw Mendy get suspended from city, his career disappear and then was found innocent. I don’t think anyone ever wins in those situations and really you need this stuff to be done far sooner than letting it drag on. Must have been horrible for the women watching him play and fans sing his name every week if he is indeed guilty.
Not sure what ages you deal with but I’d imagine up until puberty isn’t much difference as you say. But as soon as puberty hits, that’s when the gap will widen as boys get bigger and stronger - as well as girls probably dropping out the sport altogether
From what I am seeing would say the group where it goes to a two year gap is the one So you play grassroots in our area up to U16s - and girls can make it but it is not common place Whole girls teams playing together just doesn’t really happen We played the District Girls team against my Mixed team and the developmental team lost 6-1 and the stronger group won 8-1. the U18’s (which is U17’s aswell - so a two year group where I am) is where I am not sure that they should be mixing - not every single female player but as a general rule The power at which some of those young men go into tackles is scary
Happened in March 2022, he pleaded guilty, but despite this, he was allowed to continue playing for Stags until the end of last season
In 1988, Jan Molby received a three-month prison sentence for reckless driving. He was jailed for trying to outrun the police in a friend's BMW M3 while under the influence of alcohol. The incident occurred during the pre-season for the 1988-89 season, and he served time in HMP Walton, Kirkham, and Preston. seem to remember he was clocked at around 100mph during the chase .
