Good question. Only person I know who likes mustard is Chippy, which makes it very bad indeed. However I think in the context of Seabass' comment, it's intended to be positive. We'll see.
That’s how I like it. Keeps people guessing. But nah we are in the best shape for decades. We might even be at our peak. There is no guarantee we will break the top 4.
What they're doing, is getting an enormous squad in place before FIFA / UEFA increase the allowable squad size because teams will be playing round the clock. Very clever...
Been thinking this for a while now, with the amount of football to be played I wouldn't be surprised to see the squads increased to say 30-33 man squad for all comps. My concern is that would leave homegrown talent very short on playing time unless you follow the European cups model that you have to have "4" homegrown players and "4" club trained players within that squad. But even then if you have 0 club trained players that'd still allow you 26-29 players with 4 from the homegrown category and 22-25 with no homegrown or club trained so you could potentially end up with a 22 man squad of the worlds best talent and 0 homegrown or club trained players which would be awful for the national game so they'd have to be very careful about they way they do it. Even if there are stipulations for homegrown talent you'd still have a large potential for them not to get game time with the model above. Possibly the best way would be a 50/50 split - 15 foreign/15 homegrown with 5 club trained incorporated into the homegrown section. Even that Chelsea squad above has 14 I believe were trained in the UK.
Ita impossible to guess though, as your serious posts are exactly the same as your sarcastic ones. If you're going to be sarcastic you need to use Poe's law, ie a winky smilie is needed whenever you're being sarcastic.
I long for the day when Chuwuemeka, Ugochukwu, Acheampong, Amougou, Adarebioyo are all playing together. Good ****ing luck to the commentator on that one. But the thing about Chelsea is, despite all those players, the general quality is quite meh. With the exception of Palmer, Caicedo and Fernandez their team is pretty bang average. It's a far cry from the days of Hazard, Drogba, Lampard, Essien, Makalele, Czech, Robben etc
I don’t comment on much but anyone who doesn’t think mustard is great is just a puff. However, mustard coloured clothing is just wrong.
