Labour seem to be just as right wing as the last Tory government - just less brazen. Since Thatcher in 1979, the Tories have been the natural party of government, except for the Tory-lite period under Blair/Brown. We are doomed to be ruled by a party which promotes the interests of the richest 10% because too many of the poorest 90% are convinced they should vote for them because they still believe in Empire - so policies on immigration, defence etc are preferred over welfare, NHS and justice. It’s just GB news.
