The Communist Health Service has long outlived its usefulness. Welsh Communist Aneurin Bevan created the behemoth, destroying a working healthcare system in much of South Wales to do so. It has failed to adapt to demographics in the last fifty years and is now forced to use an immigrant workforce, producing the worst patient outcomes in Europe in many cases. Only the stupid would train in medicine and work for the worst clinician wages in Europe as huge amounts of money are wasted on D.E.I. nonsense and bureaucrats that do not make anyone healthier. Public services are a perpetual disaster because they employ the work-shy unionised slackers that the private sector will not employ, who are only interested in staying there long enough to qualify for a gold-plated pension that everyone else has to pay taxes to fund. Curiously this gold-plated pension system is becoming unaffordable because of demographics so the answer to this has been to bring in more immigrants to work and pay taxes. It never occurs to any of the numpties running the country that immigrants use up infrastructure resources like housing and schools that are not being produced at as fast a rate as the immigrants are arriving.
