    Where's the real Sunderland and what have you done with it?

    This all seems very surreal, we're splashing out on players that are already considered as quality players, albeit not tried and tested in the Premier League, but they're not league one or championship plodders.

    Players with a resalable value.

    We need to be shifting players out as well. Most of those on loan last season need to go.

    If he is coming that would say to me that Patterson days at SAFC are either going to be bench warming or numbered. I can’t see us paying that sort of cash only for him to be back up.

    We enquired about them along with at least 60 other linked players, you assume we wanted them. If we really did and they chose another team I’d be disappointed, truth is I had to Google and Wiki both, they’re gambles and I’d not have been happy to splash that much on both.

    They might turn out to be fantastic, they might turn out to be expensive mistakes like Ipswich made. I truly hope they work for you as we all need each other to snatch points.

    I’m glad you got them as I’m hoping we sign better but who knows, you’re certainly flying out the blocks
