Hopefully this is moot and Neil stays. Although as an argument for another day I'd say Hume should have been captain anyway.
Does Neil even have any concrete interest? The only real rumour I’ve heard was Roma for £15m and to be honest, with a year on his contract I’d snap their hand off for that. He’s probably only just about worth that with 4 years on his contract. But also remember Le Fee couldn’t get a look in at Roma, so Neil has no chance. They’ve got Paredes, Christante, Kone and Bove all battling for those 2 midfield positions.
A point OTR about Tanganga: If you haven't watched the highlights of our game at the SoL against Millwall you should do. He made 3 elementary defensive mistakes that all resulted in a shot on target. His keeper pulled him out the **** each time. He was static and ball watching as Wilson ran yards off him following a 1 - 2. He then let Wilson drift off him to get in for a free header. He then went to ground instead of standing up and hacked Mundle over to give away an awful penalty. Sorry but if you make 3 completely different crap mistakes in one single game it is hardly going to inspire any confidence. It's debatable whether Wilson and Mundle are even Premier League standard players! Me and the fella above getting ridiculed for not thinking he’s good enough lol
Will be disappointing for sure but all depends on his contract. If it doesn't get signed he should be sold whilst we can get a fee for him
I see your point mate but there comes a stage where not every signing is correct The club get things right they equally get them wrong
I think most of us will back it if they make that call. But so far its a "my mate has been told by someone".
The club haven’t made a call it’s all because of a bloke saying his Milwall mate reckons he’s coming here haha
Made the mistake of watching Mika’s highlights real, looks unbelievable, wasn’t sold on abline but watched a few of his and he looks solid enough too just doesn’t excite me the way Mika does
Probably because mika is a lot more the finished article abline has had one season of consistent football
In the other 30+ games last season how did he perform? . I'm not saying he's good enough ( I can only remember a cpl of times when he played for Spurs under Jose and looked Solid enough ) but its probably not fair to write a player off from 1 poor performance. If we did that we'd not have a team
Agree, but analysis of his game here and a few saying we should be no where near signing him, gets my response. In the club I trust. Agree, but they've got to try and coach. His pace could be handy as a fullback.
